PRINCIPAL + CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER

Hello! I’m Rachele (Ray•chell) Rose (she/her), a lifelong learner passionate about creating sustainable change through responsible design. I established Rose Gold Design in 2018 to address the lack of diversity in creative spaces.

Before founding Rose Gold Design, I served in creative roles across various sectors; including public school, finance, print and mail, and web design. With nearly 2 decades of design and development experience, I support brands like yours in telling your story and bringing your visions to life.

As social justice co-conspirator, I firmly believe that building a better world requires consistent, focused action. Specifically, I am an ambassador for the Negro Leagues as well as LGBTQ+ rights. I leverage my privilege, expertise, and resources to uplift and amplify diverse voices.

I’m also a Yoga for Everyone® teacher and Energy Healing Practitioner. In my classes, I guide students toward liberation and freedom in their body, mind, and breath. My classes are not just about physical postures, they are a journey of self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner healing.
